A word on walking and jogging

Walking and jogging are considered as the exercises that help you in burning a lot of calories. On an average, a person walking at a speed of 7 on a treadmill burns about 10 calories for every 1 minute he walks. Likewise, running on a treadmill with the speed set to 10, burns 20 calories for every 1minute that you ran. In this hectic lifestyle one hardly finds time to go on for a morning walk. Instead, one can buy a Treadmill or a cycling machine at home and do exercises right from where you are. This definitely saves time and money.
